A Very Logical Argument on Nonproliferation
Generally someone expects that a Chinese scholars would just criticize US-India nuclear deal as in some ways it is directed against China (and to some degree Pakistan). However, Prof. Shen has adopted a very logical argument that nonproliferation is not possible and cannot be imposed by P5 and with providing any guarantees to security measures. Having said that, professor Shen should have talked about its possible consequences for China as well as China's response in both short and long term. Ultimately, China and India are still at dagger's drawn despite all boom in their economic relations.
