Actually in the past the dollar was falling more but has been stable for some time. We planed our shuffleboard manufacture plan in China for a exchange rate as low as 6.0. It is not so much a problem of China needs to appreciate their dollar as ours is too weak. We can not borrow or spend our way to prosperity we need a stronger USA dollar. The USA needs China and China needs us a weak dollar is hurting both.
